Mr. Lindstrom has practiced law with the firm since 1986. His practice includes litigation of insurance, business, agricultural, water, zoning, annexation and other matters. Mr. Lindstrom also represents clients in business and corporate matters. In addition to his litigation and business practice, he has been actively involved in representing and consulting with clients, including Kearney and other Nebraska communities, on issues relating to economic and community development, including Tax Increment Financing (TIF). Mr. Lindstrom has done extensive work with clients in rural Nebraska on manufacturing and value-added agricultural processing, including work with ethanol and biofuels projects. He has represented both Kearney Area Ag Producers Alliance and KAAPA Ethanol since the inception of each.
