Bio Highlights
Mr. Orr has been practicing in Kearney since 1967, representing numerous businesses, including corporations and other entities, and is the firm’s leading business and estate planning attorney. His work in the area of business has included the planning of succession and exit strategies for numerous business owners, and the buying and selling of corporate assets. Mr. Orr’s estate planning work has involved planning estates of small to extremely large in net value. In the real estate field, Mr. Orr has represented several real estate firms, and has been directly involved in the development of numerous commercial and residential developments.

Mr. Orr also currently serves as a Commissioner for the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations.
