Bio Highlights
Ms. Frank joined the firm in 2006. She graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, with minors in Public Relations and Business Administration and an emphasis in Communications. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law in May 2006. While in law school, Ms. Frank was a member of the trial team, which allowed her the opportunity to compete in 17 mock trials. In her third year of law school, Ms. Frank was a finalist at the Texas Young Lawyers National Litigation Competition in Dallas, Texas, where she competed among the top 30 teams across the nation. This achievement gave Ms. Frank the distinction of being a member of the first team in USD Law history to compete in the national finals. Ms. Frank was also the recipient of the Advocacy Award, given to the graduating law student who has demonstrated outstanding ability as an advocate. Ms. Frank was born and raised in rural Nebraska and is committed to building her law practice with the firm.
